We can provide advice about a range of family planning options to suit your situation. Talk to us to find out about contraceptive methods including the combined pill and mini-pill, emergency contraception, the Depo injection, the Mirena coil and natural family planning. Our practice can also assist with fitting of the Mirena coil, copper coil and Implanon/ “Bar” contraceptive device.

Menopause

The menopause can be associated with distressing physical and psychological symptoms. Blood tests can tell us the stage a woman is at in relation to the menopause and there are a number of treatment options available that we can prescribe. We can also refer patients to appropriate gynaecologists and other investigation centres when required.
